Flexible additive manufacturing for professional use in a wide range of metals. The AM 400 system is the latest evolution of Renishaw's AM250 platform. It incorporates the latest system updates including the larger SafeChange™ safety change filter, improved software for optical control, revised gas flow and window protection systems and the new 400 W optics system for the smaller 70 µm beam diameter. Existing 200 W material files from the AM250 system can be transferred directly to the AM 400 system. The Renishaw AM 400 system is equipped with the features of the AM250 - open material parameters small footprint leading inert gas atmosphere low gas consumption and the added benefit of PlusPac upgrade as standard.
